What Is The Ultimate Field Trip?
The Ultimate Field Trip is a huge group of homeschool families enjoying Walt Disney World Resort together every September.  We stay at resorts all over Disney property and participate in planned and unplanned events, allowing our kids to make memories and friendships that cross the nation and last a lifetime.

Who Books The Ultimate Field Trip?
The Ultimate Field Trip is run by a coordinator, committee and team of 25 homeschool parents.  We’ve been holding this trip since 2005 and it improves every year.  We hold events, which you can read about by scrolling down a bit, but you aren’t required in any way to attend.  We provide giveaways and special experiences, but you don’t spend a dime more than anyone else at Walt Disney World resort, and usually you will spend much less!  That’s because this trip inspired an entire agency and we book year round and we’re pretty spectacular at what we do.  Our fee-free service includes making all dining and specialty reservations for our clients, applying every discount code we can that comes along, even if we must modify a reservation multiple times, and being every client’s advocate while they’re onsite.  We travel with our group each year and everyone experiences care unparalleled in any trip, anywhere in the United States, for homeschool families. It’s what we do.  It’s all we do.  And you’re invited to join us.
 
How Do I Become a Part of UFT 2013?
If you do decide to join the fun, you’ll start by submitting a quote request to find out exactly how much it costs to become a part of the group.  Some families choose to get a quote as a jumping off point for the following year and this year is a great time to do that, because next year’s trip is our 10 year anniversary and it will be tremendous!  After you get your quote in your inbox, feel free to ask as many questions as you need to find the right resort, tickets and upgraded dining choices that will make your trip the perfect one just for you and your family.  Your reservation isn’t confirmed by Disney until after you put down a $200 deposit per room, processed via our secure online authorization form but payable directly to Disney.  All payments will show up as Disney on your bank and credit card statements.  The good news is that your deposit is completely refundable until final payment is due 45 days before you travel and even then you will receive all but up-to $200 back, as long as you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.  We highly recommend insurance, which will cover airfare you book yourself and once you do book that airfare, we will schedule your complimentary Magical Express service to and from Orlando International Airport (MCO). 
 
What Do We Do as a Group?
We have one big event – the UFT Mega Meet – where everyone gets their big bag of goodies and gets to know one another.  After that there are formal meets and informal meets.  Some of our best memories are at bus stops, pool time and even sharing snacks throughout our park days.  In the beginning (back in 2005 - 2007) we had more young kids than anything else, but those kids have gotten older and one of our largest groups now is teens and pre-teens.  They had a great time riding the big attractions as a group during UFT 2012 and have kept up with one another in anticipation of this year’s trip.  Not only that, they are excited to welcome more kids in.  They, like all our age groups, are 100% inclusive.  We have never seen a child left out.  Many of the kids belong to our team that books the trips and they consider themselves Magical Hosts, ready to sprinkle pixie and pirate dust on kids of all ages.   Also, as we’ve grown in our team and in our attendees, we’ve gotten a great cross-section of all ages.  One of our most loyal groups are the grandparents who love watching the kids experience such an amazing trip!
