My name is Denise Stufflebeam, and I am here to take care of the details of your trip, helping you to get the most out of your cruise or Disney vacation.
So... who am I, how in the world did I get here, and what can I do to help you have a wonderful vacation?
My first Disney visit was on family vacation when Disneyland® Resort was the only Disney destination and had only been around for about 10 years (and I was even younger!). After college, my love of travel led to a career as a travel agent. As a leisure agent booking cruises, tours, and airline tickets, I relished finding good deals for clients. During 12 years as a full-time travel agent, the whole world beckoned with travels far and wide, including two trips to Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida.
Within a few years of marrying John, I chose to be a stay-at-home mom to our two children, putting my love of travel on the back burner for awhile. Our homeschool adventure began when Andrea (now a high school graduate) began kindergarten, continuing with Matthew (now 16). In 2007, our family joined other homeschoolers on The Ultimate Field Trip at Walt Disney World® Resort. We enjoyed staying at Disney's Pop Century Resort, and it was fun to try out as many of the restaurants as possible, enjoying everything about Walt Disney World® Resort.
An invitation to join the 3D Travel team dropped in my lap, and with the kids getting older, the timing seemed right to jump back into the travel business, this time specializing in Disney. Whether on a family trip or on a training trip, I have enjoyed exploring and checking out the four Florida theme parks, DisneyQuest® Indoor Interactive Theme Park, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, Downtown Disney® Area, many wonderful restaurants, many of the resorts, and the Disney Cruise Line® ships. I have continued my training with numerous visits to Walt Disney World® Resort, a trip to Disneyland® Resort, cruises on the Disney Wonder®, Disney Dream™, and a tour of the Disney Magic®.
Specializing in Disney vacations gives me the wonderful 'chore' of checking out different things at Walt Disney World® Resort, continually learning more to help you have the most magical trip ever! The many decisions involved in a Disney trip can be overwhelming, but I can help you with all the choices, and make your planning a breeze! I can also help you with a cruise on Disney Cruise Line®, Carnival, Royal Caribbean, and others.
I would love to put my attention to detail and my travel experience to work for YOUR family planning a vacation for you at any time of year.
When was your first visit to a Disney Park and how old were you?
I visited Disneyland® on family vacation in about 1965 or 1966 and I was 9 or 10 years old.
What keeps you coming back?
I absolutely love riding roller coasters, and there are some great ones in the Disney parks. The parks are kept fresh looking at all times and I like the wholesome-feeling atmosphere.
What is your favorite part about making dreams come true for your clients?
I love helping my clients get the best deal possible, and know that my planning can make all the difference in whether or not it’s a successful Disney vacation.
What do you look forward to between visits?
It’s so hard to narrow it down to just one thing because there is just something special about being at Disney, but riding the roller coasters tops the list for me.
What’s your favorite Disney snack?
My favorite Disney snack is most definitely a Pineapple Dole Whip. YUM!
What’s your favorite Disney attraction?
My favorite Disney attraction is a toss-up between Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain® Expedition Everest® and Rock 'n Roller Coaster® Starring Aerosmith.
What’s your favorite Disney resort?
My favorite Disney resort is Disney’s Polynesian Resort.
